PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of preventing the color displacements caused by the difference in main scanning magnification between image data consisting of two or more colors. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a setting means 2 for storing control information, a computing means 4 which changes the output value by a prescribed value based on the set value by the setting means 2 using a clock signals as a reference clock, a storage means 5 for storing the amplitude value relative to a prescribed phase, a conversion means 6 for converting the digital value in the storage means 5 into an analog value using the output of the computing means 4 as an address, a filter means 7 for cutting high-frequency components outputted by the conversion means 6, a comparator means for comparing analog values of the outputs of the filter means 7, and an image data counter means 12 for counting the image data in the main scanning direction. When the number counted by the image data counter means 12 has reached a prescribed value, the value set in the setting means 2 is changed, so that the frequency of the clock for processing image data outputted by the comparator means 8 is changed several times within one line in the main scanning direction.
