PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoelectric generating module capable of being used in a low temperature range at a small temperature difference and having a high efficiency and reliability. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric generating module comprises a plurality of copper electrodes 1 vertically disposed at an interval, a thermoelectric generating element 2 interposed between the upper and lower copper electrodes so that the electrodes are electrically connected to the respective thermoelectric generating elements by soldering to form a flat plate-like generating module unit 3, a ceramic plate 4 made of an electric insulating plate material for holding upper and lower surfaces of the module unit and the module unit and the plate 4 are vacuum packaged by a plastic film 8.
