PLATE TYPE HEAT PIPE WITH FIN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type heat pipe with a fin capable of increasing a heat dissipation effect due to the fin by increasing junction areas between a housing and the fin. SOLUTION: The plate type heat pipe with the fin is comprised so that a step portion 4 is arranged at a fin junction surface of the housing 3 comprising the plate type heat pipe and the fin 5 is thermally connected to the step portion 5. The heat dissipation effect is increased since the fin 5 is thermally connected to the step portion 4 and heat dissipation characteristics is also improved since a surface area of the housing 3 is increased by the step portion 4.
