PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding connector requiring a less number of part items and assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: The shield connector 20 provided at a terminal portion of a shielding wire 10 comprises a housing 21 formed by molding a synthetic resin around the shielding wire 10 and a conductive flange 22 protruded upward from the housing 21 and adapted to be mounted on another shielding wall 40. The conductive flange 22 formed in a Y-shape has a pair of leg portions 27 and a press contact groove 28 provided between the leg portions 27 for press contact of the shield wire 10. When the shield wire 10 is pushed into the press contact groove 28, an external coating is cut and opened and an exposed shield layer is conducted, in contact with a contact portion 29 provided at the peripheral edge of the press contact groove 28. In this process, the conductive flange 22 is enlarged elastically and deformed, to cause both contact portions 29 to elastically contact the shielding layer 13.
