PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recorder capable of consecutively recording to the end, without ending or temporarily stopping an operation even if a jump error occurs. SOLUTION: When a jump error occurs during recording to lead-in area, an address of a position X returned from an error originating position E by one round of a track is calculated, and the data of track 1a are read returning to the position Y located further four sectors before this position X. Then, when a break of TOC(Table of Contents) data is detected in the reading process, the address of this break is determined as a recording starting position Z, and data are overwritten from the position Z.
