PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NRD guide that is excellent in reliability with a small loss. SOLUTION: In this NRD guide formed by inserting a dielectric line 2 where a high frequency signal is transmitted between parallel planar conductors 1 and 3 arranged in an interval being equal to or less than 1/2 wavelength of the high frequency signal, when the interval between the planar conductors 1 and 3 of the dielectric line 2 is defined as (d), one plane P1 between two planes P1 and P2 facing the planar conductors 1 and 3 of the dielectric line 2 is stuck to the inner face of the planar conductor 3, and also, the other plane P2 is alienated from the inner face of the planar conductor 1 with <=d/20 interval (g). |
