PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and exactly receive a failure communication about supplies. SOLUTION: A file group (a transmitter retrieval file 201, a customer management file 202, a site control file 203, a delivered article control file 204, an employee management file 205, a detail control file 206) is provided in an in- server storage part to allow retrieval-with-some-strings-attached about informations ranging over from a received phone number to a transmitter, a user and a device name requiring a countermeasure for a failure, and the informations are retrieved using respective retrieval parts (a transmitter retrieving part 162, a final customer retrieval part 163, a delivered article retrieving part 164, a detail information retrieving part 165) provided in a server. A final customer of a product and product information thereof are automatically displayed on a screen of reception terminal based on the received phone number when the failure communication is received, by conducting the retrieval-with- some-strings-attached about the various kinds of informations in this manner, so as to provide smooth customer service. |
