A monitor part 62 periodically monitors the determination of the temporarily reserved flight. The fare of the flight is properly uploaded to a center-side CRS(computer reservation system) 20. A notification part 64 informs the user having made the temporary reservation of the contents of the fare when the determination of the fare is detected.
