PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to conduct complex management for entering/ dispatching from warehouse by a simple procedure. SOLUTION: This device has a read means 6, a management means 7, an editing means 8 and a display means 3, reads a receipt 1, interprets character data on it to record at least item data, and inputs, when the recorded foodstuff is used or disposed of, about the deletion or the reduction of the amount of the corresponding item, so that the management for entering/dispatching from warehouse can be conducted in a simple procedure, and the foodstuff in stock can be displayed. |
