PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security by preventing easy acquisition of materials and facilities necessary for forgery of an article by a forger, prevent forgery of a security feature adhered to the article, and provide easy acquisition of an inspection device for discriminating or approving the securing feature in an approval system of the article.
