PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste distribution management system for smoothly operating a recycling system utilizing a recycling ticket integrating payment evidence and a management slip. SOLUTION: In the waste distribution management system for the recycling system for delivering waste to which a recycling ticket 10 received due to the payment of a charge is attached to a prescribed recycling plant(RP) through a stock yard(SY) and recycling the waste, each SY is provided with a computer device 100 having a bar code reader 102 for specifying the carried waste by the bar code 11 of the recycling ticket, each RP is provided with a computer device 200 having a bar code reader 202 for specifying the waste carried into the RP and a management computer device 300 in a common management center brings in the specific information of the waste from the computer devices 100, 200, mutually compares the brought-in contents of the specific information, grasps the carrying state of the waste, and distributes the charge paid for the recycling ticket.
