<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resources matching system which enables browing job offer information in real time and moreover secures invited workers, by raising or lowering a wage unit price according to the desired number of members of a staff. SOLUTION: This system has a 1st stage, where job offer information of a job offering company is applied or invited; a 2nd state where a window having the job offer information of the job offering company publishes is opened over the Internet; a 3rd stage where a worker who seeks a job accesses the window; a 4th stage where the wage unit price is lowered, when the number of job seekers is larger than the number of offered jobs and raised stepwise when the number of job seekers is smaller; a 5th stage where the job offer information is ended, when the number of job seekers matches the number of offered jobs; and a 6th stage, where the job offering company and the job seekers are given notice of determination, when the job offer information is ended.</p> |
