SOLUTION: A resources operating status monitoring part 55 grasps the demand load operating status of each server device. A resources demand predicting part 56, on the basis of the demand load operating status, predicts the response time according to the demand load operating status of individual server device. A reception work distribution processing part 50, in accordance with the prediction, distributes the load to a plurality of server devices. Thus, a precise demand prediction can be made to distribute the various resources.</p> |
