<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide the insertion of mating terminals into terminal housing chambers from one side and the other side of a housing body, and to reduce the number of components. SOLUTION: This connector 63 for a board is provided with the housing body 67, having the terminal housing chambers 65, terminals 69 and 70 housed and held in the terminal housing chambers 65 and connected to the mating terminals, insertion openings 71 allowing the insertion of the mating terminals into the chambers 65 from one side of the housing body 67, and mounting openings 73 for mounting the terminals 69 and 70 in the chambers 65, and allows the insertion of the mating terminals into the chambers 65 from the other side of the housing body 67, by allowing the communication of a through-hole 29 of a board 30 with the mounting openings 73 with the housing body 67 fixed to the board 30. The connector is additionally provided with an insertion guiding part 75, formed around the mounting openings 73 of the housing body 67 for guiding the mating terminals into the chambers 65, when the mating terminals are inserted into the chambers 65 from the other side of the housing body 67.</p> |
