PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and synchronously transmit data of a plurality of different data formats. SOLUTION: A block processing is performed for arranging data on the first and the second data formats where sampling frequencies are in the relation of integer-fold in one block. Thus, data are mixed in the transmission format and they are synchronously transmitted. Since the sampling frequency of one of data is an integer multiple of the after, the transmission frequency can be shared by the setting of data quantity arranged in the block and the mix of data in the transmission format causes no problem. Thus, PCM audio data and one bit digital audio data are mixed and they can synchronously be transmitted, for example.
