摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center operation statistics collection system where an operator of a call center serving customers is also located in a remote place even when an out-bound job is an object so as to enhance the operating efficiency of the call center and reduce the operating cost. SOLUTION: A phone capable of making a speech via a public line and a computer connectable to a broadband network are placed in a home agent device 100. When a service to a customer is possible by using the phone, the remote operate at the home agent device 100 makes a log-in to a web server 42 at a remote place. Then in order to conduct an out-bound job, a call dialed by using a predictive dialer 30 and connected to the customer is connected to the phone and customer information with respect to the connection is transferred to the computer.
