PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical component mounting device allowing the reduction of the area of a mounting board and capable of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: An external wire connecting terminal block 12 is mounted to the front side of a mounting board 11, plural electrical component mounting terminal boards 13 are mounted, by piercing through both the front and back face sides of the mounting board 11, and the terminal boards 13 are connected and wired to one another and to the terminal block 12 on the back side of the mounting board 11.
