PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a connection structure between a pickup part and a flexible substrate in a tray incorporating type disk device and also to prevent such a hindrance that the pickup part is caught by the flexible substrate when the pickup part is moved without enlarging clearance between the pickup part and the flexible substrate. SOLUTION: When the nearly half of the flexible substrate 73 connected to an optical pickup part 23 is bent to the other side of a paper surface by 180 deg., its state is changed from (a) to (b). When the optical pickup part is moved to an outer side in a prescribed disk radius direction in this state, the projecting part 77 of the optical pickup part 23 is moved on a part with a wide width B in the flexible baseboard all the time. Thus, such hindrance that the projecting part 77 of the optical pickup part 23 is caught by the flexible substrate is prevented from occurring.
