PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a required time for determining the origin of a stepping motor. SOLUTION: In an origin-positioning control for determining the origin of the stepping motor 80, the pulse rate of a drive pulse applied to the stepping motor 80 is set to a fixed low pulse rate, permitting a spool 62 to be moved without fail without the stepping motor 80 to step out, until a prescribed time has passed since a start of a control. When the predetermined time has passed since the start of the control, the pulse rate of the driving pulse given to the stepping motor 80 is brought to a fixed high pulse rate capable of maintaining the traveling conditions of the spool 62. |
