SOLUTION: A server decides whether the caloric intake of a selected nutritional element is included within an allowable range or not in a step S501. When the intake is not more than the lower limit of the allowable range, the server shifts operation to a step S502, extracts recipes including the comparatively much quantity of the nutritional element noticed from nutrition evaluation database, prepares a table and displays the prepared table on the display of a terminal. When the intake exceeds the upper limit of the allowable range, the server shifts operation to a step S503, extracts recipes including the comparatively less quantity of the nutritional element noticed from the database, prepares a table and displays the table on the display of the terminal. |
