PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent authentication results from becoming different from each other, in personal authentication using a portable terminal, even when the photo shooting condition is changed in extracting biological information with a camera. SOLUTION: This information terminal device has an input means 1 for inputting user's biological information, a biological information confirming means 5 for displaying the inputted biological information, and an authentication means 4 for authenticating the user who has been registered previously on the basis of the inputted biological information. The biological information confirming means 5 has a display means 2 and a frame displaying means 3 for displaying the frame for specifying the size and position of the inputted biological information. The frame displaying means 3 has the function of confirming the state of the biological information inputted by the user, and the function of specifying the size and position of the biological information that is inputted when inputting the biological information.
