PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve position relation precision in their circumferential direction by directly performing positioning in the circumferential direction of the frame 7 and the yoke 9 of a rotating electric appliance without interposing an insulation member 2 and prevent intrusion of a foreign matter and water into the rotating electric appliance by accurately assembling the insulation member 2 at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: A projection part 7d formed on the frame 7 is locked to a guide part 9a (locking part) formed on the yoke 9 in the state that it is fitted to a groove 2k (groove part) formed on the seal part 2a of the insulation member 2. Thereby the positioning of the circumferential direction of the frame 7 and the yoke 9 is directly performed without interposing the insulation member 2, and the position relation precision can be improved in their circumferential direction. Furthermore, during assembling working of a motor 1 (rotating electric appliance), the seal part 2a is suppressed from being turned over to the outside of the yoke 9, and can be surely assembled at a prescribed position.
