PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the job efficiency and to enhance the quality of a customer service by allowing an operator of a transfer destination to smoothly obtain information with respect to a call having been already handled by an operator conducting an out-bound job in the case that the call is transferred to the operator conducting an in-bound job. SOLUTION: The call having been already handled by the operator conducting the out-bound job is transferred to the operator conducting the n-bound job. Furthermore, a telephone number of a customer with respect to a call to be transferred or a telephone number of the operator of a transfer source is transmitted to the in-bound job side that is written in a database server 40 by the out-band job side. The operator of the transfer destination can obtain customer information of the transferred call through the information collation on the basis of the telephone number.
