PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reutilizing the energy of higher harmonic current flowing in a system. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a higher harmonic filter F selectively passing the higher harmonic current flowing out from a load L to the system, and an energy preservation means S such as a hot water device and a battery device for preserving the energy of the higher harmonic current passing the filter F. Higher harmonic energy flowing out from the load L is reutilized by connecting it to a low voltage line.
