PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device that stores incoming call history information and message memo information generated by a substitute reply party as a couple of combination information sets and confirms the message memo information at the same time when a recipient confirms the incoming call history. SOLUTION: The communication management device 40 of this invention is configured with a communication connection device 42, an incoming call history controller 44, a terminal management information storage device 46 and a message memo information storage device 48. The incoming call history controller 44 cross-references the incoming call history information stored in the message memo information storage device 48 with the message memo information as a couple of combination information sets when the substitute reply party generates a message memo for the recipient and transmits the incoming call history information and the message memo information to a PC 20 of the recipient when the recipient confirms the incoming call history.
