PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal collecting/distributing system which can simplify the wiring for connecting various units. SOLUTION: The signal collecting/distributing system A is provided with a target wiring network 10, a signal collecting/distributing device 20 and a communication line 30 connecting the target wiring network 10 and the signal collecting/distributing device 20. The target wiring network 10 has the prescribed number of groups constituted of outer units B and target repeaters C connected to the outer units B one to one. The signal collecting/distributing device 20 has connection repeaters C corresponding to the target repeaters C and a signal collecting/distributing part 21 for distributing input signals from the specified connection repeater C in the connection repeaters C to the desired connection repeater C.
