PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a silent state. SOLUTION: A detection part 8 which detects whether voice exists on the basis of data which are diffused inversely by a finger receiving part 3-1, and a clock control part 9 which controls finger receiving parts 3-2 to 3-n, on the basis of detected result in the detection part 8 are installed. When voice is detected in the detection part 8, control is so performed that all of the finger receiving parts 3-1 to 3-n operate. When the detection part 8 detects that voice does not exist, control is so performed that only the finger receiving part 3-1 operates. |
