SOLUTION: A service company 1 provides a moving image data, detailed information concerning each cut for the dynamic image data, and contents having the moving image data or the detailed information with the writable transmission data for a user 3a via each type of a transmission means 2. The service company permits to write the transmission data and the transmission between the user 3a and 3b and also provides the image data that corresponds to the writable transmission data written by the user 3b in response to a reception of a transmission request by the user 3b. The user 3b restores the contents with the writable data by combining the written writable transmission data and the distributed image data or the detailed information.
