PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit good reproduction by determining optimum conditions, such as laser power and reproducing magnetic fields in reproducing regardless of the temperatures in recording and in reproducing relating to an optical recording medium and a memory medium. SOLUTION: Test write data is recorded on the optical recording medium and is made to remain at every write temperature information in writing with the memory device having write power and read power to the optical recording medium and a function to control reproducing magnetic fields. At least the reproducing magnetic fields are controlled according to the optimum reproducing conditions determined by reproducing the test write data corresponding to the write temperature of the data to be actually reproduced in reading from the optical recording medium.
