PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device that prevents a damage in a portable radio terminal due to a high voltage produced by external static electricity. SOLUTION: The portable radio terminal has a main body 100 with an upper casing frame 111 and a lower casing frame 112, an RF board 20 mounted to the main body 100, and an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) 10 integrated with an LCD module 130 by electrical connection mounted on the RF board. At least one metal grounding portion is extended outwardly from the FPC 10 and is electrically connected to the inner side surface of the main body 100 on which a conductive material is coated to increase a grounding area when the FPC is mounted to the main body. Therefore, the ESD(Electronic-Static Discharge) problem is solved by the utilization of at least one metal grounding portion.
