PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional network sales method that has imposed much load of a required communication cost (a connection charge to an ISP and a channel utility charge of a type 1 carrier) onto a user side because the user refers to product information on home pages. SOLUTION: The network sales system (method, program) is provided with a URL analysis processing that decides whether or not a URL of a Web site which a user is going to access is registered in advance, a channel connection changeover processing that automatically changes over a channel connection with a provider server through a provider channel into a channel connection with the Web site through an automatic incoming charging service channel when the result of the URL analysis processing indicates that the URL is registered in advance, and a home page transmission processing that transmits home page information carrying product information designated by the Web site in terms of the URL to the accessed user terminal. |
