PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make retrievable, as a retrieved object, circular information in a work flow together with the information related to the documents stored in a storage chamber. SOLUTION: A client terminal acquires operation information from a work flow server, displays a plurality of work information defined in the operation information, produces retrieval conditions by the working information selected from among the plurality of displayed working information, and performs a retrieval by a retrieval server. An electronic document as the result of the retrieval performed by the retrieval server is displayed. |
