PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input proper music data. SOLUTION: A display device 23 and a transmission type touch panel 22 stacked on the display surface of the display device 23 are provided. A generating circuit 26 which generates a musical sound signal and a control circuit 21 which performs control according to the output signal of the touch panel 22 are provided. The control circuit 21 displays a keyboard on the display device 23 and controls the generating circuit 26 when a key of the keyboard is pressed across the touch panel 22 to generate a musical sound signal of the interval corresponding to the pressed key for the period of the key depression and a specific period following the period. The control circuit 21 stores data showing the interval of the musical sound signal and data showing the period of the key depression and the period following it in a memory 25 and further stores data showing the period from the release of one key to the depression of a next key in the memory 25. |
