PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-speed operation and to provide a circuit configuration suited to an IC in a window voltage comparator for deciding whether the difference of two voltages is greater than a set value or not. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a differential couple 1 provided with a first transistor to impress a first input voltage and a second transistor to impress a second input voltage, a differential couple 2 provided with a third transistor to impress a first reference voltage and a fourth transistor to impress the second reference voltage, and a comparing means 3 for deciding whether the difference of the first and second input voltages is greater or smaller than the set value by comparing the sum of the drain currents of the first and fourth transistors with the sum of the drain currents of the second and third transistors.
