PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulan (balance-to-unbalanced transformer) in which an operation band is made wide. SOLUTION: A high frequency signal inputted from a high frequency input port 11 and propagated to an input side microstrip line 12 is propagated not only to first output side microstrip lines 22 and 32 but also to intermediate microstrip lines 62 and 64 and second output side microstrip lines 42 and 52. The high frequency signals propagated to the intermediate microstrip lines 62 and 64 and the second output side microstrip lines 42 and 52 are propagated to the first output side microstrip lines 22 and 32 by jumper lines 72, 74, 82 and 84. Then, the high frequency signal is efficiently propagated from the microstrip line 12 to the first output side microstrip lines 22 and 32, and the operation band as a bulan can therefore be made wide.
