PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure with rotation-stoppage mechanism which effectively achieves a rotation-stoppage function, using a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a nut 5 is turned in a fastening direction 15 of a fastening terminal 4 with the nut 5, the acting direction 16 of force to a rotatable support shaft part 13 generating in the contact parts (surfaces) 4b, 13a of the terminal 4 with the rotatably supporting shaft part 13 passes a cross section gravity center 6b in a fixing part of a switch terminal part 6 to a starter housing 2. The rotatable support shaft part 13 regulates the rotation of the nut 5 in the fastening direction 15, and the force acting, so as to rotate the rotatably supporting shaft part 13 by the terminal 4 generated at one end 4b of the terminal 4 is minimized. The mechanical strength in the fixing part of the switch terminal part 6 to the starter housing 2 is increased, and the size of the fixing part is made small.
