PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflecting yoke fixing device capable of fixing a deflecting yoke at a correct position of a neck part of a tubular body of a cathode-ray tube without generating unnecessary stress on the neck part, and a deflecting yoke. SOLUTION: This device comprises a band member 12 having one end part 12e1 overlapped with the other end part 12e2, and comprising a strip member molded in a circular form which can be engaged with the outer circumference of a part 10 to be tightened of the deflecting yoke, plural screw grooves 12t arranged in one end part 12e1 of the band member 12 along a circumferential direction, and a screw member 13 rotatably held by the other end part 12e2 of the band member 12, disposed to be engaged with the screw groove 12t from the outer circumferential side of one end part 12e1, and provided in such a way that a circumferential direction relative position of one end part 12e1 to the other end part 12e2 is changeable in accordance with rotation.
