PURPOSE: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display using low voltage differential signaling is provided to reduce the number of data transmission lines by employing a low voltage differential signaling circuit between an interface IC and a drive IC. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor-liquid crystal display using low voltage differential signaling includes an interface circuit(6), a low voltage differential signaling circuit(9), a low voltage signal receiver(12), and a drive circuit(15). The interface circuit outputs a signal for driving the display. The low voltage differential signaling circuit receives the signal output from the interface circuit to generate a low voltage signal and multiplexes the low voltage signal. The low voltage signal receiver accepts the output signal of the low voltage differential signaling circuit to reproduce the signal output from the interface circuit. The drive circuit receives the output signal of the low voltage signal receiver to convert the output signal into a signal for driving the display.
