PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically classify customers in order to ensure a true customer who has compatible needs. SOLUTION: This method for automatically classifying customers is provided with an affiliation information acquiring processing (19) for acquiring affiliation information from a site visitor who visits a Web site, a holding processing (16) for holding customer classification standard information corresponding to the various affiliation information, and a customer classification processing (23) for classifying the site visitors based on the acquired affiliation information and classification standard information. Thus, it is possible to automatically classify the customers in order to ensure a true customer who has compatible needs.
