PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of a fuel cell without having damage on the fuel cell itself and lowering the performance of the fuel cell as a result, by controlling this fuel cell device so that a load applied to the fuel cell stays within a fixed range. SOLUTION: A fuel cell 11 is directly connected to load, and a storage means circuit containing a storage means is connected parallel with the fuel cell 11. If a current supplied by the fuel cell 11 is smaller than a current required by the load, the storage means supplies a current to the load and is charged by the regenerative power generated in the load and the current outputted by the fuel cell 11. The fuel cell 11 outputs the current within a range fixed in advance. |
