<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk management support system capable of applying medial treatment to a patient after accurately confirming the presence or absence of the mistake for any patient or medical material. SOLUTION: This risk management support system is provided with portable information terminal equipment 7 capable of transmitting and receiving information with terminal equipment 2 connected to a database 1, and functioning as a bar code reader and/or RF tag (IC chip or the like) reader/writer. Then, information read from the bar code or RF tag of a wrist band 8 displaying the ID of a patient and information read from the bar code or RF tag of medial materials 9 and information related with the patient read from the database 1 are collated with each other, and after the presence or absence of the mistake of a patient 10 or the medial materials 9 is confirmed, medial treatment is carried out. The information after the treatment is transmitted to the data base 1 or written in the RF tag, and updated.</p> |
