PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the restriction on use relating to digital data including moving, reproducing and copying, and to protect copyright. SOLUTION: When additive music data Dy is recorded in a mini-disk 5a, an MD player 5 extracts a system identifier ID from the reproduced additive music data Dy (Sb8), compares the extracted system identifier ID and the system identifier ID held by the system and decides whether both coincide or not (Sb9). When both coincide, MD player 5 performs the reproduction of the additive music data Dy (Sb10) and if noncoincidence, the reproduction of the additive music data Dy is suspended (Sb7). |
