PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for print and collation of a health insurance ID card, which can identify a person by the health insurance ID card and writes required information of the identified person in a recording medium without errors. SOLUTION: A recording medium like a CD-R/W or a CD-ROM, into and from which information is recorded and read out and which has a hole in the center is formed in one face of a base of the health insurance card, and a personal basic information part which is visibly printed and a personal identification bar code part are provided together in the other face of this health insurance ID card. A means which inserts the health insurance ID card to a printer, capable of communicating information with a personal computer and a means which discriminates whether print are to be executed are provided, and personal basic information and personal identification bar code information which are read out from a first data file are used to print the health insurance ID card. |
