PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress partial distortion by preventing a warpage before and after the laminating of a substrate with sheet, to suppress the change of a skew and to prevent creases, uneven adhesion, and the mixing of air bubbles when a light transmission layer is formed. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for manufacturing an optical disk by pressing one principal surface of a disk substrate 1 on a sheet 4 having a light transmissive sheet and a adhesive layer, a fixed stage 11 which consists of a metal plate 11a and an elastic body stage 11b is provided oppositely to a movable stage 12 which presses the disk substrate 1 face to face. The elastic body stage 11b has a shape which rises toward the movable stage 12. The sheet 4 is curved in this shape, sucked and fixed by using suction holes 14a and 14b. After fitting the center hole 1b of the disk substrate 1 on a substrate positioning pin 13a, a movable shaft 16 is pushed below, one principal surface of the disk substrate 1 is gradually adhered on the sheet 4 from the circumference of a through hole 2c to the outer peripheral part. |
