PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the cost and time to open a virtual store over a network, through which settlements can be made with electronic money and to increase conveniences to participating stores by registering the member stores to an electronic money settling institution over the network. SOLUTION: This system comprises a 1st information processor, equipped with a means for storing electronic money and a means for storing the use state of an electronic money storage means and a 2nd information processor which inputs information about stores, having dealings using electronic money; and the 2nd information processor sends the inputted store information to the 1st information processor, and this processor automatically allocates the electronic money storage means that the store indicated with the received store information can use, when it has dealings with the store, according to the state of the electronic money storage means. |
