PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver which can suppress disorder of a displacement of an electromechanical transducer and suppress electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: The driver comprises the electromechanical transducer, a drive friction element fixed to one end in the expanding direction of the electromechanical transducer, an engagement element engaged with the drive friction element by a frictional force, and a drive circuit which applies a drive voltage to the electromechanical transducer for moving an engagement member. The drive circuit applies a drive voltage to the electromechanical transducer, so as to have a displacement Xp of the electromechanical transducer expressed by a equation Xp=-Xpo sin(2π.fdt)+sin(2π.2fdt)/b} (1). |
