PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information acquisition device that acquires user information of a user of a user terminal on the basis of an IP address assigned to the user terminal. SOLUTION: A WWW server 10a transmits an IP address of a user terminal 6 that is being accessed to a caller number acquisition section 2a. The caller number acquisition section 2a inquires of a network terminator 20c about the received IP address and acquires a corresponding user ID. Furthermore, the caller number acquisition section 2a inquires of a RAS(Remote Access Server) 20a about the acquired user ID to acquire a corresponding caller number 200. A user information acquisition section 2b retrieves a user information database 3a on the basis of the acquired caller number 200 to acquire user information corresponding to the caller number 200.
