PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for new installation of a living room master unit and wiring so as to suppress a manufacturing/installation cost in the case that a peripheral device such as a poriomania use mobile terminal is additionally installed. SOLUTION: The living room master unit 2a making a call and a speech with an entrance slave unit 1 is provided with notice sections 23, 24 that inform a user about type and state information of peripheral devices when receiving a signal from the peripheral devices 3a, 3b such as poriomania use mobile terminals, a wireless transmission reception section 29 that wirelessly transmits/ receives signals from the peripheral devices, a storage medium insertion section 30 to which a storage medium 4 storing an operation program to display/sound- notice depending on the peripheral devices in use is inserted, and a storage medium read section 31 that extracts information to activate a corresponding peripheral device from the storage medium inserted to the storage medium insertion section under the control of a CPU 20, and each of the peripheral devices is provided with a camera section 41 to allow the living room master unit to grasp the state of the user of the peripheral device and speech sections 42, 43 for making a speech with the living room master unit.
