PURPOSE: An angle regulating T-shaped ruler is provided to cut plate glass horizontally and slopely by moving a glass cutter along the scale fixed on the cutting position. CONSTITUTION: The T-shaped ruler is characterized by comprising the parts of: an angle stand(50) on the side of a plate glass(100), wherein the angle stand has a vertical face forming a ruler-inserted groove(15), and a horizontal face forming angle graduations on its arc; a scale(10) joined with a fixing tool(75) on the cutting position, and moves within a certain angle; a guider(30) on the side of the scale, which moves along the length of the scale to guide a glass cutter in cutting. The guider has a cutter-setting hole(35) in which a cutter blade goes, and one or more of roller(40) on its side.
