PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of notifying preferentially a user of an error related to a system function that is preferentially and frequently used by the user. SOLUTION: This data processor capable of operating parallelly a plurality of print jobs, communication system jobs and scan jobs, and switching a plurality of system functions, is provided with a displaying means for notifying errors, a storage means for grouping errors for every system function and storing the grouped errors, a setting means for setting a priority in each system function, a retrieval means for retrieving which group an error belongs to from the storage means when the error occurs, and a switching means for switching error notifying methods according to the priority of a group retrieved by the retrieving means, and displays a warning about the error on the display means by using a method switched by the switching means. |
